By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Not Medical Advice
Rutuma provides informational predictions only. Cycle predictions, ovulation estimates, and fertility windows are based on mathematical models and may not be accurate for every individual.
Rutuma does not replace professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information for reliable predictions
- Use the app in compliance with applicable laws
- Not misuse, reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the app
- Not attempt unauthorized access to any part of the app
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Rutuma offers the following in-app purchases through the Apple App Store:
Rutuma Premium — Annual
- Price: $29.99 per year ($2.50/month)
- Billing: Billed annually. Auto-renews each year.
- Free Trial: 7-day free trial included. You will not be charged during the trial period. Subscription begins after the trial ends.
- Cancellation: Cancel any time at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged.
Rutuma Premium — Monthly
- Price: $4.99 per month
- Billing: Billed monthly. Auto-renews each month.
- Cancellation: Cancel any time at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged.
Remove Ads — One-Time Purchase
- Price: $4.99 (one-time)
- Billing: Single charge. No subscription, no auto-renewal.
- Permanently removes all ads from the app.
How subscriptions work:
- All payments are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions can be managed in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
- Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy. Team Rutuma does not process refunds.
- Team Rutuma does not collect, process, or store any payment information.

5. Data Ownership & Loss
All your data is stored locally on your device. Team Rutuma does not have access to, or copies of, your data.
- You are solely responsible for your data.
- If you delete the app or lose your device without creating a backup, your data is permanently lost and cannot be recovered by Team Rutuma.
- Rutuma provides an encrypted backup feature for transferring data between devices. Use of this feature is optional and at your discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
The Rutuma app, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content, is the intellectual property of Team Rutuma. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rutuma and Team Rutuma shall not be liable for:
- Prediction inaccuracies
- Pregnancy-related outcomes or decisions
- Medical decisions based on app data
- Data loss due to device loss, app deletion, or failure to create backups
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Use of the app is at your own risk.
8. Termination of Access
Team Rutuma reserves the right to discontinue the app or restrict access to certain features at any time, with or without notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
